Tidak heran jika banyak pihak mengapresiasi dan memberikan penghargaan tinggi atas program tersebut.<\/p>\n<p>Sederet penghargaan diberikan oleh sejumlah institusi di dalam negeri dan internasional. Salah satunya dari International Association of Prosecutors (IAP). Asosiasi Jaksa Internasional ini menilai Kejaksaan RI mengimplementasikan\u00a0<em>restorative justice\u00a0<\/em>terbaik di dunia.<\/p>\n<p>Dari dalam negeri, penghargaan datang dari kalangan media, antara lain Detikcom Awards 2023 yang menganugerahkan penghargaan kepada Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin sebagai Tokoh Restorative Justice, serta Best Achievement Award 2023\u00a0dari Rakyat Merdeka untuk ST Burhanuddin.<\/p>\n<p>Selain mengapresisasi kinerja Kejaksaan yang luar biasa selama dipimpin ST Burhanuddin, Rakyat Merdeka menyebut program\u00a0<em>restoratice justice\u00a0<\/em>menjadi terobosan hukum yang mengutamakan rasa keadilan bagi semua kalangan.<\/p>\n<p>Tidak hanya itu,\u00a0<em>restorative justice\u00a0<\/em>sebagai sebuah gagasan atau ide juga dinilai inovatif dan solutif sehingga diganjar penghargaan oleh Ideafest. Festival kreatif tahunan ini menganugerahkan Ideaward 2024 kategori \u201dPenghargaan Kreatif untuk Keterlibatan dan Kolaborasi Komunitas\u201d untuk program Restorative Justice yang diinisiasi Kejaksaan RI.<\/p>\n<p>Ideafest menilai program itu sangat layak diapresiasi karena dinilai telah memberikan dampak positif yang signifikan dalam mewujudkan keadilan restoratif dan solusi alternatif dalam penyelesaian perkara pidana di Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Sampai saat ini, Kejaksaan melalui Bidang Tindak Pidana Umum telah menyelesaikan ribuan perkara melalui pendekatan keadilan restoratif, yang mengedepankan pemulihan dibandingkan pembalasan.<\/p>\n<p>Diminta tanggapannya, budayawan Kidung Tirto Suryo Kusumo mengatakan Jaksa Agung ST Budhanuddin layak mendapatkan apresiasi dan penghargaan tinggi atas kinerjanya yang dinilai luar biasa dalam penegakan hukum di Tanah Air.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSelama kepemimpinan ST Burhanuddin 5 tahun terakhir, Kejaksaan menjadi institusi penegak hukum yang disegani dan paling dipercaya oleh masyarakat. Prestasi ini bukan seperti membalik telapak tangan, tetapi tentunya membutuhkan pengorbanan dan kerja keras dari seluruh insan Adhyaksa,\u201d ujarnya.<\/p>\n<p>Kidung Tirto mengingatkan agar jajaran Kejaksaan tetap kompak dan konsisten dalam melaksanakan tugasnya menegakkan hukum dengan menjunjung tinggi rasa keadilan dan hati nurani. \u201cKinerja luar biasa Kejaksaan selama ini menunjukkan kekompakan dan integritas insan Adhyaksa di seluruh jajaran di bawah kepemimpinan Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin,\u201d tutur spiritualis asal Gunung Lawu ini.<\/p>\n<p>Prinsip\u00a0<em>restorative justice\u00a0<\/em>antara lain merehabilitasi kerugian korban, mengutamakan kepentingan korban,\u00a0<em>restorative justice\u00a0<\/em>sebagai solusi penyelesaian perkara di luar pengadilan dan penekan resistensi di masyarakat, serta Jaksa sebagai mediator\/fasilitator mediasi sehingga tercipta\u00a0<em>win win solution\u00a0<\/em>antara pelaku dan korban.<\/p>\n<p>Selain itu,\u00a0<em>restorative justice\u00a0<\/em>sebagai bentuk pelaksanaan asas Dominus Litis merupakan kewenangan Penuntut Umum dalam menyelesaikan perkara di luar pengadilan secara formal, sebagaimana diatur dalam Pasal 139 KUHAP Jo. Pasal 30 Undang-Undang Nomor 11 Tahun 2021 tentang Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia.<\/p>\n<p>Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin kemudian mengimplementasikannya dengan penerbitan Peraturan Kejaksaan Republik Indonesia Nomor 15 Tahun 2020 tentang Penghentian Penuntutan Berdasarkan Keadilan Restoratif.<\/p>\n<p>Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin juga menyusun paradigma baru dalam hal pemberantasan korupsi, yakni penindakan korupsi tidak hanya sebatas pemidanaan bagi koruptor, tetapi juga pemulihan kerugian negara.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>JAKARTA\u00a0\u2013 Keadilan restoratif (restorative justice) yang diinisiasi\u00a0Jaksa Agung ST Burhanuddin\u00a0dinilai sebagai gagasan inovatif dan solutif bagi penegakan hukum di Indonesia.
